In summary, the D3200 is a very nice camera capable of taking very sharp photographs. Like all cameras, the most important component is the skill and imagination of the photographer. The D3200 is not a worthwhile upgrade in my opinion from the D3100 unless you place great importance on the ability to crop a small portion of a photograph and do not generally shoot above ISO 800. The D3100 and D5100, which are both less expensive than the D3200, are simply better cameras for most people. These are the first actual reviews by a major web site of the D3200 that I am aware of.
